Here at Tricademy we believe to get the best out of a person it is vital that you get the best service for the best price. Whether it is to complete your first 10k Race, finish your first Triathlon or race an Ironman, our aim is to make your dreams and goals become a reality.
The most important aspect of a programme is to be able to adapt your lifestyle and life to be able to fit the training in. No matter how good the training programme is, its only as good as the sessions you do. Using the Training Peaks platform we'll assess your fitness and form throughout your training and racing season and endeavour to ensure you can perform to the best of your ability when its most important.
MEET YOUR COACH
I first became involved in the fitness industry in 2001 following 6 years in the Armed Services. I gained a Diploma in Fitness Training, Sports Therapy & Personal Training level 3. In 2001 and went on to gain further qualifications in a wide range of fitness related areas such as core stability, weight management and lifestyle coaching and I am a qualified Level 2 British Triathlon Coach.
Whilst I had completed triathlons I hadn’t took my training seriously, for years I got by on grit and determination to complete training and races. At that stage I was finishing in the top third of the field but I wanted to do better.
In 2010 I suffered a bike accident which meant I was unable to train for four months. This gave me time to reflect upon my previous methods and actually plan my training. I put in place a structure drawing upon all the principles and knowledge I have gathered over the years in the industry,
so I developed my training plan using the Basic Fitness Principles. It worked, that year I won 5 races and continue to train, race and coach hard to this day. Most recently Daryl was 3rd in his age group at Challenge Paguera 70.3 in October 2018.

Most recently Natalie finished 9th Overall amongst the Professionals and won her age group comfortably at Challenge Paguera 70.3 in October 2018
Natalie has been coached by Daryl Oguona since 2013 and now feels it's the right time to move into the coaching world to help others achieve their goal. Whether that's to complete your first sprint distance race, qualify for an Age Group Championships or complete your first Ironman Natalie has the experience and knowledge to get you there.

Tricademy Lanzarote 2018 - absolutely sensational. First class training camp at an exceptionally high standard. Top quality training sessions, coaching, technical advice, sports therapy and nutrition delivered to perfection by Daryl, Natalie and the Tricademy team. A superb week at a spectacular venue, fantastic value; one of life's incredible experiences which won't be forgotten.
Outstanding from start to finish!
The planning and organising that went into the week was meticulous, from the logistics, to the transport, to the food and each of the individual training sessions that were planned in for everyone on a daily basis. I especially liked how individual training could be tailored to suit your discipline which in my case was cycling. Sign me up for the next one!
First ever training camp and I cannot think how it could have been better. The facilities were first class and the staff/ support team were very approachable and made a tough week so much easier. Would recommend anyone attend a camp if they want to see some immediate improvements in fitness and confidence, you won't be disappointed.
Great week training on the bike, fab weather, great company, especially as the weather at home wasn't good
